1. What should I bring to the clinic for an appointment?

For first time visitors, please bring your passport and your insurance card.


2. How long is a general consultation?
Generally, an initial consultation will last around 30 minutes, with follow up consultations lasting around 20 minutes.


3. How long it will take for a session of physical therapy?
The duration for each session may vary for different parts of your body. However, each session normally lasts between 20 to 40 minutes.


4. Is there a gynecologist?
Yes, we have an OB/GYN department with our gynecologist holding over 40 years of experience, she is an expert in her field. We also work in cooperation with the Qingdao Women and Infants hospital to provide further female care.


5. I need to see the dentist; can I make an appointment online?
Yes, of course. You can easily book an appointment online by leaving your name and contact details, whilst providing a preferred time and date would be greatly appreciated.


6. I am allergic to dust mites; can I get flu vaccination?
Yes, flu vaccination is openly available in our clinic. Only those with an allergy to eggs are not recommended to receive the flu vaccination.

7. How should I prepare for a physical check-up?
Please avoid eating or drinking past 10pm the night before a consultation. Similarly, if you are currently taking medications, again, please avoid taking the medication the night before the consultation.


8. I have diabetes. Do I need to bring anything when I come to see the doctor?
If possible, please bring along your past medical records and the latest lab report.
